Responsibilities:

• Conduct Annual Wellness Visit (AWV) and Chronic Care Planning Assessment (CCPA) calls with patients, ensuring a positive and informative experience
• Handle tasks related to medications and diagnoses, including entering medication information accurately
• Enter medication details into the system with precision and attention to detail
• Provide troubleshooting support for medical devices
• Escalate any clinical needs identified during calls to the appropriate nursing staff for further evaluation and intervention
• Help foster a collaborative and positive work environment
• Maintain the Nsight culture of positivity
• Other cross-training MA duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Active MA license
• Passionate about patient care, possessing the ability to relate with empathy and compassion. A passion for patient teaching is a must.
• Quiet, HIPAA-Safe space to do your work.
• Your own reliable, fast internet connection. Speed test is required during the interview.
